María was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. She is incredibly professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. Her warm attitude and willingness to help truly made a difference in our stay. You can tell she takes great pride in her work and cares deeply about the guest experience. Maria & Santasi & Jasmine helped make breakfast great. Loved the pork sausage and colorful potatoes! Felt fancy. Room was clean. Sad about the TV not working but I know they are working on it. Great location. Was able to drop off our luggage when we arrived early. Free water bottles was a wonderful perk! Close to trains and busses was very helpful.

Excellent location! 3 to 5 minute walk to the Red Line subway, bus stop on the opposite street corner, good restaurants nearby, only a 15 minute walk (or less, depending on your speed) to the Harry Potter store! Staff was always friendly and helpful. We were able to drop off our bags in the morning before our check in time so we could tour the city a little. If you get a room with a window facing south towards the river you will be able to see the Sears Tower (Willis Tower), provided the fog isn’t thick!

Beautiful hotel with thoughtful touches. The sound machine and earplugs for the Windy City, to the kind and gracious help of Santosi with the complimentary breakfast- each interaction with staff was professional with a warm and friendly tone. Location of the hotel was perfect for quick ride-share to more of the tourist destinations of Chicago, but also only a 20-25 minute walk if the weather cooperates. Phenomenal spot.

I really like this hotel— wonderful location and staff! Comfortable. Great breakfast buffet. Breakfast could be improved by consistently utilizing the real plates, utensils, mugs, and cups clearly available in the restaurant. There is no need to add so much to the landfill when these are right there. Also, please make recycling available to your guests.

What a lovely place. It's a perfect location being centrally located in town. The rooms are clean, spacious and the beds are comfy. The breakfast is great. The best part is the staff who are gracious, welcoming and helpful. Santos is a wonderful staff member during breakfast. She is engaging and so sweet. We will definitely come back! I surprised my husband with this trip and I was delighted at how Marisol took care of us upon checking in, being thorough and quick to offer suggestions to better enjoy our stay. Our room was cleaned by Barsha, and the room was absolutely spotless (and we carry a black light to verify!) and last was D³Angelo helping to coordinate our luggage and checkout. All three of them and all the other workers were very welcoming, pleasant and accommodating. I'd definitely come back!!!
